An ISO 9001-2000 company, Deshmukh Vineyards was established in 2006 by Mr.Suresh Deshmukh, a pioneer in export quality grape growing of Nashik Valley, Maharashtra. The manufacturing plant was designed, erected and commissioned as a collaborative effort by The Inventa Ltd.,France and Zambeli International, Italy.Deshmukh Vineyards is situated at Dindori Valley, 225 km from Mumbai.

RED WINES

Cabernet Sauvignon
An aromatic deep-red wine made from small matt dark-blue grape variety with a thick skin. Considered one of the finest reds, Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied with smell and taste of blackcurrants, pure chocolate and mint. Tastes best with spicy fish and red meat preparations. Best served chilled at 17-19 degree C for a real rich experience.

Shiraz
A dark garnet color, this wine exudes raspberry jam and earthiness on the nose. The flavors are reminiscent of dark blackberry fruit with. The strong aroma of bell peppers blends well with soft aroma of cherries and blackcurrants. Its velvety taste with a distinct peppery flavor lingers in the mouth. The full bodied wine goes well with rich Indian cuisine & is ideal with Tandoor cooked meats as well as spiced vegetables.


WHITE WINES

Chenin Blanc
The tangy taste of Chenin Blanc tickles the palate and leaves a lasting flavor and aroma of fruit in the mouth. This white wine is long lasting and like honey and nectar on the palate. The dry style of Chenin Blanc is a crisp, refreshing wine with citrus flavors offset by an almost creamy texture. A delightful wine, it is versatile with a wide range of food depending on its sweetness level. Best served chilled at 14-16 degree C for a real rich experience.
